This website is operated by Blue Label Energy LLC, an energy broker/marketer. Blue Label Energy is not a public utility and is not affiliated with your local utility company. By using this site and submitting a rate quote request, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Enrollment
Rate quote requests submitted through this website are inquiries only and do not constitute enrollment in any energy supply plan. All rates are subject to confirmation by a licensed energy consultant, supplier availability, and your explicit agreement (verbal or written, as required by applicable law) prior to enrollment. Your utility continues to deliver your energy and issue your bill regardless of your supplier choice.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Label Energy LLC provides energy brokerage/marketing services and is not liable for outages, delivery issues, or billing disputes, which remain the responsibility of your local utility, except as governed by applicable state and federal energy regulations and any executed enrollment agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your service address is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
